1. Validity Period: All treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from the commencement date. Clients have the flexibility to schedule appointments on a monthly basis or every 2-3 weeks.
2. Treatment Options: Choose one of the following massages -Hot Stones, Swedish Massage, and Aromatherapy Massage.
3. Course Expiry: The course will expire after 12 months from the start date. Any unused free treatments will be forfeited. Refunds will not be provided for unused sessions.
4. Advanced Booking: It is recommended to pre-book appointments well in advance to secure preferred dates and times and avoid disappointment.
5. Payment Terms: The course fee must be paid in full upfront. Payment via Klarna is available to spread the costs, with arrangements to be made online through our website.
