  • Paint fingernails and toenails with clear or coloured polish; especially if artificial.

  • Wax / shave at least 24/48 hours prior to your treatment. This allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may   appear if not adhered to.

  • DO NOT apply deodorant or perfume – and remove  all make-up prior to your tan.

  • Wear loose dark clothing and flip flops for after your tan.

  • Any medical conditions must be disclosed to the therapist prior to your tanning; as permission from your GP may   be required.

After your tan:

  • Do not shower or bathe for at least  8  hours. You tan will develop in 6 hours.

  • Do not exercise or swim during development time.

  • Pat yourself dry after showering. DO NOT have a hot oily bath, as this may strip the tan.

  • Apply moisturiser daily to help maintain your tan.

REMEMBER  –  When you wash  your  hands after using the toilet (during the development period) ONLY the wash palms   and NOT the tops of your hands.
