Spa Treatments applies to a match of time and non member fee for the following treatments : Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage, hot stones massage, body treatments, Velisha london Facials and Aroma Works London Facials.
T&C’s Memberships
- This membership entitles you to one visit per month for each benefit listed in the package.
- Product discounts allowed for the entire month. (excluding gift sets)
- Members discounts or free treatments must be used that month. Due to the nature of the business we advise early bookings of 6 weeks in advance for peak times. Free treatments and rewards/incentives/discounts must be used within that month and cannot be rolled to another month if used.
- No amendments can be made to the treatment options.
- It is the discretion of the headoffice as to allow any members visits to be carried over to another month. This will be decided on a month-to-month basis and will only be approved under certain circumstances.
- The company holds no responsibility for any members visits you have not redeemed by the end of the year.
- Members visits cannot be redeemed between December 24th and January 2nd.
- Free Treatment are for the Member only and cannot be gifted to friends or family.
- Free Treatments cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
- Cancellations of members visits must be made 24 hours prior. Failing to do so will result in you losing your allocation of treatment for that month.
- All spa terms and conditions also apply to members.
- Minimum membership sign up for a 3 month period. Should you wish to cancel your membership after this period we require 30 days notice via e-mail. Please email the headoffice – headoffice@vspa.uk.com
- If you terminate the contract after 3 months and wish to re join there will be an admin fee of £10.00. ( If you wish to terminate due to not being available for 1 month due to holidays, sickness etc, please let us know and we can forward your benefits to the following month however monthly payment is still required).
- Spa Treatments refers to spa packages, half day spa rituals, body treatments, aroma works london facials and Velisha London Facials, and spa massages. ( excludes beauty treatments like nails, manicures, pedicures, callus peel, ibx, gel polish, tinting, waxing, lashes, eye treatments tanning, brow treatments, etc).
