1. Validity Period: All treatments must be redeemed within 10 months from the date of purchase. Clients may schedule approximately 3 treatments every 2-3 weeks during this period.
2. Course Expiry: The course will expire after 10 months from the date of purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all treatments are booked and utilized within this timeframe. Pre-booking is strongly recommended. The spa cannot be held liable if appointments cannot be accommodated due to full booking schedules.
3. Booking Recommendations: It is advised to book the entire course upon purchase to secure preferred appointment times. No refunds will be issued for unused treatments.
4. Advanced Booking: Clients are encouraged to pre-book appointments well in advance to secure preferred dates and times.
5. Payment Terms: The course must be paid for in full upfront. Payment can be made via Klarna for the option to spread costs. Klarna payments must be arranged online through our website.
