1: Apply 20-30 minutes before exposure to the sun.
2: Dot the Sunscreen All Over the area to be protected.
3: Gently Massage Into Your Skin.
4: Repeat steps 2 and 3
5: Reapply Your Sunscreen immediately if you become wet, or any excess sweating.
6: Reapply at least every 2 hours.
