Additionally, these products are eco-friendly, sustainably sourced, ensuring a responsible and gentle spa experience.
Children’s Spa Treatment Terms & Conditions – All usual terms still apply.
- Parental Supervision – A parent or legal guardian must be present in the treatment room at all times during the child’s spa experience.
- Consultation Form – A consultation form must be completed by a parent or guardian before the treatment. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions upon booking.
- SEND-Inclusive – We warmly welcome children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as we believe the soothing atmosphere of our spa, including dim lighting and gentle treatments, can be beneficial. To ensure the best experience, please let us know at the time of booking about any additional needs or specific requirements our team should be aware of.
- Treatment Completion – If a child is unable to complete the full treatment, we will stop the session, but full payment will still be required.
- Age Requirement – Treatments are available for children aged 5 to 18 years. Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before booking.
- Deposit & Payments – A 50% non-refundable, transferable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling – A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- Gift Vouchers – Treatments can be purchased as a gift voucher or redeemed against an existing voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.
- Health & Safety – For hygiene and safety reasons, treatments will not be carried out if the child has any contagious conditions (e.g., chickenpox, impetigo). If unsure, please contact us in advance.
- Spa Attire – Robes and slippers are provided for the Princess Pamper Deluxe treatment. Please ensure your child wears comfortable clothing.
- Right to Refuse Treatment – We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for the child.
- General Terms – Our full spa terms and conditions still apply to these packages. This is an additional policy specifically for children’s treatment
